Salutation and highlights of week:  

Hola Ositos parents, our Ositos enjoyed the theme “We get active”. As some of you may have noticed, Sff! has released new songs for each theme and our Ositos enjoyed this song!

They also had a fun time in our costume parade. Thank you to all parents for your support and donations!

Next week we will start talking about the theme: “My familia”/”My family”. Through games and songs, our ositos will name the members of their family. 

Objectives we will be working are as follows: 

Language: 

    *Giving personal information; full name and age. 

   *Complete phrases in spanish. 

   *Images sequence 

   *Phonic reading with the letter Mm 

Cognitive: 

   *seriations quantity 

   *Associate numbers with quantity (0-8) 

Psychomotor: 

   *Copy full name 

Socio-emotional:  

   *Enjoy song, poem and riddles. 

   *Name members of the family

*Our student of the week is Samuel Cummings. You can bring your favorite toy, book or picture during this week to share with your friends. Our Ositos will be happy to know more about you and your family!

  

Friendly Reminders: 

·         Family project 

This month the project will be to prepare family tree according to your creativity. You can use picture or drawings. This is a great opportunity for you and your child to work together and have fun preparing this project. We will show these projects to the rest of the classroom. Gracias por su ayuda!

·         If you haven’t brought your child’s family picture, please do so by next week. We wil be using these pictures for our activities! 

Important Upcoming Dates: 

*Thanksgiving celebration day coming soon!! Our ositos will prepare something special for you. We  will give you more information soon.

*Thank you very to Mr Daniel Ebert, Marisa's dad for visiting and plays tennis with our Ositos. They had a great time on Monday!

*Thank you very much Ms Amparo for your support in our Ositos classroom these months. We will all miss you so much but we know that you are happy too to be helping in our Sapitos class and we still see each other during playground time. We hope you enjoyo our surprise!
