Hello Ositos Parents, The last two weeks were very productive, our
children had acquired a lot of information and had fun with the different
activities about the senses.
This week we will focus on our feelings. Please give your
children every day, a special hug, special kiss, special attention, to let them
know that they are the most important thing in the world for you. Here in the
classroom, we will give them, as always, our unconditional love and will do
everything to let them feel they are our beloved treasures.
On Monday, the Ositos will have a special class with Miss
Gladys De Stefano, they will explore children from all over the world and their
different cultures, traditions,
costumes, and believes by doing a very special and interesting activity.
This week our objectives by areas are:
Language:
Identify vowels in words and practice writing their name.
Cognitive:
Reinforce numbers, shapes, colors, and sequences.
Socio-emotional: Recognize and manage emotions; relaxation
with “Yoga in Action”.
Psychomotor:
jump, run to the left/right and forward/backward, turn around (gross motor) and
trace curve lines opened to the right (fine motor).

Picture Day, uniform and fall pictures.
October 20th:
Field Trip to Ganyard Hillfarm.
October 31st.
Costume parade
Friendly Reminders:
• Please
don’t forget to return the Permission Picture Form and Field Trip Form to
Administration, the events are almost here.
• If you
want to collaborate with our Costume Parade, there will be a sign-up sheet
outside de classroom this week. You don’t need to send a basket with your
child, we will provide paper bags for the “trick or treat”. However we will accept and appreciate Treats
and healthy snacks. Muchas Gracias!!
• Take your
time to check with your child the Star words of the week posted outside the classroom.
• Every Wednesday
we update pictures on Facebook, please check it to know what your children is
learning through the classroom activities.
Homework:
this week we will send home your child's notebook with a
homework to reinforce the recognition of vowels.
