Our children have had so much fun this week!!

Thank you so much for supporting our activities by bringing in their sleeping bags, tents, fruits and cookies for our picnic. Gracias! Next week we will be talking about the theme “Celebrando el dia de la independencia”/ “Celebrating Independence day”

Words of the week:

·        Los estados- the states

·        El president- the president

·        La bandera- the flag

·        La casa blanca- the white house

·        El aguila- the eagle

·        El himno- the anthem

Special activities:

·        Monday- children will make president hats

·        Tuesday- make fireworks with pipe cleaners

·        Wednesday- crazy hair day

·        Thursday- Independence Day parade- children may come with clothing or accessories alluding to the feast of Independence Day.

·        Friday- Independence Day- School closed

Upcoming:

·        Friday July 11^th we will be having our Spanish for fun Olympics Day. This special activity will be with our friends the Monitos and Sapitos. Please send your child wearing a yellow t-shirt and running shoes.
