Hi Parents:
We are very happy with our Ositos for the wonderful performance at our International Party.
During this three day week we continue to learn and review about the means of transportation. We will be spelling the names of the means of transportation and find words that rhyme with them.
Tomorrow we will be working on a Easter Bunny art. Also tomorrow we are having our Egg hunt, so please bring your baskets.

Week of April 4th- 8th!
Dear Parents!
We start the month of April talking about ‘Means of Transportation’, and los ositos will focus on learning about ground transportation this week. We will discuss important facts about trains, trucks and tractors.
We will learn to spell our new vocabulary, identifying letters and sounds we know.
We will continue working in our notebooks, practicing our writing.
This week we will keep rehearsing for our performance on April 14th at the International Party.

9:30 - 10:10 am Infants Class
10:10- 10:40 am 1 Class
10:40 - 11:10 am 2
11:10 - 11:40 am 3
Parents must be prompt; since photographers we will not re shoot to accommodate latecomers. Students who do not attend on Thursday are invited to come in, please
follow the suggested time we mention above.
All these pictures will be included in our 2010-2011 yearbooks.

Week of March 7-11!!!
Dear Parents:
The ositos classroom would like to thank you for participating in our field trip; it was a fun and great learning experience, we hope you had a good time.
This week that we are learning about the minerals and we will talk about the sand.
We will experience mixing sand with water.

Week of February 28- March 04!
Dear Parents:
During this week we will start working on the theme The Mineral Kingdom, and we will be talking about the rocks. Our children will be observing different types of rocks, shapes and sizes. We will do some art with them too. We will sort out rocks and count them; we will talk about the importance of rocks especially when they are used in construction.
Don't forget to pick up your child's report card, let me know if you would like to have Parent-Teacher Conference. After you have read it, please return it to me with your comments and signature. Thank you!

We would like to remind you that this week we have "Pet Day" on Wednesday,Thursday and Friday, you can sign up to bring your pet in the sign up sheet in the classroom's door.

Also on Wednesday and Friday next week is Pet day, if you would like to bring your pet please let your teacher know, we have a sign up sheet on your child's classroom to coordinate times.
