Hola ositos parents:

We hope you had a great and warm week!

Our Ositos enjoyed making the fruit salad, thank you very much for bringing fruits. Also thank you for bringing all those wonderful treats for our Valentine day celebration. The Ositos were very happy.

Next week we will end talking about the theme “El reino vegetal/Plant Kingdom” and this occasion we will give emphasis to the vegetables and how they grow up.

Hello parents,

We hope everyone has been doing well throughout this winter storm! We continue this week with our theme of the week”Plant kingdom” and we will emphasize on fruits. The children will learn the importance of eating fruits and that they are healthy for our bodies. They will also learn which fruits grow from plants and which from trees.

As you already know our theme of the week is The plant kingdom. So we are sending home a bag with materials for you to make a flower. There will be an example of the flower posted outside the classroom, but your flower can be inique and creative. Have fun!

Special Thanks:

 We would like to thank Madeleine's dad, Ben, for taking the time to come to the classroom and giving such a wonderful demonstration of how a volcano works, while also reinforcing the letter of the week was Vv. It was awesome and the kids really loved it. Also Ms Dawn (Nawnie) for coming in and working on such a fun story and art work with the ositos.
